Parking

We are located on Front street mews, right in front of a large loading zone with designated accessible parking and more.

Doors

We are located in a lovely and historic building with slim doors. The threshold clearance on our front door is 32 Inches wide, and it has a small but manageable lip. Once inside, we have ample space for a wheelchair or other mobility devices. Our booth seating is not wheelchair friendly, but staff will dutifully and happily provide accessible seating upon request.

Washrooms

We offer an accessible washroom with a door clearance of 32 inches, a changing table, and a toilet equipped with a robust handhold.

The washroom is equipped with a temperamental sump pump and grinder, so we keep it locked to encourage patrons to use our primary washroom which is not wheelchair accessible. Please request a key to the accessible washroom at the counter.

Both our primary and our accessible washroom are non-gendered spaces and contain 1 toilet and 1 sink.

The plumbing in the building is very old and so we kindly ask that all hygiene products that are not toilet paper be deposited in the provided containers.
